ORDER 1. Issue notice. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents accepts notice. 3. The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 17.01.2023 whereby the petitioner’s GST registration was cancelled. The proper officer had issued a show cause notice dated 22.12.2022 proposing to cancel the petitioner’s GST registration for the following reasons: - “1 The Taxpayer is non existent and the GST Registration is hereby cancelled from the date of Registration.” 4. Thereafter, the petitioner was called upon to appear before the proper officer on 23.12.2022 and to file a response to the said show cause notice within a period of seven working days. The petitioner’s GST registration was also suspended with effect from 22.12.2022.
