P.C. (PER JITENDRA JAIN, J.) :- 1. Rule. The Rule is made returnable immediately at the request of and with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 2. By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks to challenge the Order-in-Appeal dated 28 March 2024 and the rectification order dated 31 July 2024 passed by respondent No. 2 i.e. the Commissioner (Appeals-II). 3. The petitioner is engaged in the business of banking and is registered under the (Central Goods and Serviced Act) CGST Act. On 14 March 2023, an Order-in-Original was passed against the petitioner, the copy of which was personally collected by the representative of the petitioner on 3 April 2023. The petitioner challenged the said order by filing an appeal physically with respondent No. 2 on 28 June 2023 after facing various technical glitches in filing the same since the Order-in-Original was not uploaded by the respondents on the portal.
