Ms.Amirta Poonkodi Dinakaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 3. The petitioner has challenged the impugned order of detention in Form GST MOV-06 dated 31.01.2022. By the impugned order of detention issued under Section 129(1) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 read with Section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the vehicle belonging to the petitioner and the goods in the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 09 CL 4635 were seized and detained on the ground that the E-Way Bill generated on 29.01.2022 had expired on 30.01.2022 at 23.59 p.m., and that the vehicle was moving goods without a valid E-Way bill. 4.
