ORDER

ORDER This Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the time of admission itself, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. 2. The specific case of the petitioner is that although there were discrepancies between the returns of GSTR- 01 and GSTR-3B, deficit tax was paid by the petitioner in GSTR-09 on 14.03.2020 and thus, the impugned demand is unsustainable. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner has already paid, the petitioner may be given one opportunity being heard. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner is willing to deposit another 10% of the disputed tax as a security from his electronic cash register. 5. Recording the above submissions, the impugned order is set a side and the matter is remitted back to the respondent to pass fresh order, subject to the petitioner depositing 10% of the dispute....
