ORDER This Writ Petition is filed challenging the rectification rejection order dated 14.03.2025, passed by the first respondent under Section 73 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, for the assessment year 2019–2020. 2. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned rectification rejection order dated 14.03.2025, passed by the first respondent under Section 73 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, is primarily based on the ground that the petitioner failed to produce E- Way Bills and invoices. However, the said finding has been arrived at without proper scrutiny of the records submitted by the petitioner during the course of proceedings, which, according to the petitioner, violates the principles of natural justice.
