These Petitions raise a challenge to the constitution of National Anti Profiteering Authority, apart from other challenges to the impugned order. The reply affidavits in the Petitions have not been filed. When the Petitions came up earlier, we had directed the Authority to adjourn the proceedings beyond the date specified in the Petitions. Today, the learned Counsel for the Respondents informs that in some of the Petitions the Respondents have moved a transfer application in the Supreme Court and the decision of the Supreme Court on the transfer application is awaited. 2. In the light of this development, we defer the hearing of these Petitions to 11 March 2020. The Petitions to be listed under the caption “For Directions”. 3. Considering the above development the Respondents will adjourn the proceedings pending before the authorities beyond the next date. If the Respondents seek to implement the impugned order, they shall give advance notice to the Petitioners. ....
