COMMON ORDER:- 1. All these four writ petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by different petitioners, claiming identical relief, as such, I find it expedient to decide all the four writ petitions by common order, since the issue involved in all the writ petitions is one and the same. W.P.No. 2893 of 2023 is taken as leading case. 2. W.P.No. 2893 of 2023 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to declare the action of the 3 rd respondent in issuing the proceedings in JCST’s VJA-I File.No. CTVW1- 12021/1/2023-DC-VJW1-3 dated 23.01.2023 placing the petitioner under suspension without any basis and without following the procedure prescribed under the A.P.
