ORAL ORDER (PER : HONOURABLE MS. JUSTICE SONIA GOKANI) 1. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Siddharth Rami waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondents. 2. This is a petition seeking direction to set aside the ex-parte order passed in FORM GST DRC-07 dated 14.04.2022 passed by the respondent no.2 without following the principles of natural justice. The facts leading to the present petition are as follows:- 2.1. The petitioner no.1 M/s. Eagle Fibres Limited is a manufacturer of polyester yarn who is registered with the GST Department having GSIN 24AAACE5085C1Z1. 2.2. A show cause notice was issued in Form GST DRC-01 by the respondent no.2 on 14.02.2022 and uploaded on the portal. No hard copy of the show cause notice was served upon the petitioner.
