ORDER

ORDER 1. This writ petition has been preferred seeking the following reliefs : “(a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the Respondent for allowing the application for revocation of cancellation of their GST registration forthwith; and/or (b) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus against the Respondent setting aside the order for cancellation of GST Registration dated 08.01.2024; and (c) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restoring the GST Registration of the Petitioner;” 2.
