1. By this writ-application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the writ-applicant has prayed for the following reliefs: 16(a) To issue a writ of mandamus and/or writ of certiorari and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, to quash and set aside the order of prohibition passed by respondent no.2 dated 04/07/2019 at Annexure-B of this petition.
