ORDER HON'BLE SANJAY KUMAR PACHORI, J. Heard Sri Anoop Trivedi, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Ami Tandon and Sri Ankit Shukla learned counsels for the applicant and Sri Dhananjay Awasthi, learned counsel for opposite parties and perused the material on record.
