M/s. Copmed Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., Industrial Area, Gondpur, Paonta Sahib, Distt. Sirmour (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Appellants’) are manufacturing Pharmaceutical products falling under HSN Code 3004.
