1. The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association India (herein after referred to as the applicant) is the apex body of private real estate developers representing 20000 members spread across 21 State level chapters and 220 city level chapters in India. 2. At the outset it is clarified that the provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as CGST Act) and the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as KSGST Act) are same except for certain provisions.
