ORDER
ORDER Heard Sri Yashovardhan Swarup, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Saurabh Mishra who has filed his memo of appearance on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and Sri Amit Kumar Singh who appears on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 5. Writ of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties to refund the amount of Rs. 1,86,40,533.00 (Rupees One crore eighty six lakh forty thousand five hundred thirty three) as claimed vide (Application Reference Number....
