ORDER

JUDGMENT ( PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BHARGAV D. KARIA ) 1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Uchit N. Sheth for the petitioner and learned advocate Ms. Hetvi H. Sancheti for the respondents. 2. Having regard to the controversy involved which is in a narrow compass with the consent of learned advocate for the respective parties, the matter is taken up for final hearing. 3. By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: “A.
