ORDER PER 1. The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 09.03.2024 (hereafter the impugned order) passed under Section 73 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereafter the IGST Act), the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereafter the CGST Act) and the State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereafter the SGST Act) for the tax period from April 2018 to March 2019. 2. It is the petitioner’s case that the said order was passed in violation of the principles of natural justice as the petitioner did not receive the Show Cause Notices dated 08.12.2023 and 17.12.2023 (hereafter the impugned SCNs), pursuant to which the impugned order was passed. 3.
