ORDER 1. Issue notice. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents accepts notice. 3. The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 25.10.2022 (hereafter ‘the impugned order’), whereby the petitioner’s GST registration was cancelled with retrospective effect from 30.12.2019. 4. The impugned order was passed pursuant to a Show Cause Notice dated 02.09.2022 (hereafter ‘the Show Cause Notice’). In terms of the said Show Cause Notice, the petitioner’s GST registration was proposed to be cancelled for the following reasons: “1 Non compliance of any specified provisions in the GST Act or the Rules made thereunder as may be prescribed.” This is a digitally signed order.
