ORDER 1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking disbursal of a sum of Rs. 15,44,914/- (Excluding GST and LW Cess) being the alleged outstanding dues arising from work order Memo no. 589/PWD (BMC) dated 24.09.2020 along with the release of the earnest money and the security deposit amounting to Rs. 37,046/-. 3.
