The Petitioner has challenged the Order in Original No. Raigad/ADC/44/(SS)24-25 dated 30.08.2024 (“Impugned Order”) issued under Section 73 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (“CGST Act”) and relating to Financial Year 2019-2020. 3.
