The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case registered by the State Tax Officer, Ludhiana under Section 132 (1) (c) of the Central GST Act, 2017 and Punjab GST Act, 2017. It is also argued that as on date of filing of the petition, no FIR or complaint had been filed, which complaint is now in existence in which the petitioner....
