1. Mr. Ashwarya Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Mohit Maulekhi, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner is a taxable person registered under Uttarakhand GST Act. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:- (i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof, to quash the impugned demand order along with its summary in e-form DRC-07 vide reference no. ZD0505230006320 dated 02.05.2023 (GSTR No. P/9) passed by the Respondent No. 2 and declare the same to be violative of the principles of natural justice and ultra-vires the GST Act and thereafter remand the matter back to assessing authority for fresh consideration after allowing the necessary opportunity of being heard to the Petitioner. 4.
