ORDER

CM APPL. 57365/2024 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application shall stand disposed of. W.P.(C) 13706/2024 1. The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the cancellation of its registration in terms of the impugned order dated 04 July 2023. It becomes pertinent to note that the aforesaid order was preceded by what is termed to be a Show Cause Notice [‘SCN’] dated 16 June 2023. The said SCN reads as under:- “Show Cause Notice for Cancellation of Registration Whereas on the basis of information which has come to my notice, it appears that your registration is liable to be cancelled for the following reasons: 1. Non compliance of any specified provisions in the GST Act or the Rules made thereunder as may be prescribed You are hereby directed to furnish a reply to the notice within seven working days from the date of service of this notice. You are hereby directed to appear before the undersigned on 19/06/2023 at 10:37 AM. ....
