ORDER Mrs.K.Vasanthamala, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondent. 2. This writ petition is taken up for final disposal today, after it was listed "For Admission" on the previous date i.e., on 15.09.2023. 3. The specific case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has stopped his business of provision store namely M/s. Ambika Stores and had applied for cancellation of registration on 22.01.2019 and the GST Registration of the petitioner was also cancelled on 06.02.2019. 4. It is therefore submitted that after the cancellation of GST registration, the petitioner was not required to verify the web portal any longer as the petitioner ceased to carry on the business. 5. On the other hand, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent would submit that based on the intelligence gathered, it was found that the petitioner was indeed carrying on business after the registration was cancelled on 06.02.2019 and therefore, notice....
