ORDER

1. This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with Summons No. CBIC-DIN-20201267VR000000DFES dated 2nd December 2020 issued by the respondent No.1. The Summons was issued under Section 70 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (for Short “CGST Act”). The applicant was summoned to appear for enquiry in connection with M/s.
