ORDER This writ petition has been filed as against the cancellation of the petitioner's GSTN Registration No.33ANLPM1250C1ZI by the respondent vide order dated 25.06.2020. 2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a vegetable exporter and enrolled under central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017. The petitioner has been provided with GSTN Registration No. 33ANLPM1250C1ZI. He further submits that the petitioner has engaged a part time accountant to file returns periodically. While so, the petitioner was issued with the show cause notice dated 09.01.2020 to appear for enquiry, however without any specific date for his appearance. While so, without hearing him the impugned order has been passed by the respondent cancelling his registration under the GST Act.
