COMMON ORDER This batch of five writ petitions is filed challenging the assessment orders for the period 2017-18 to 2020-21 and Circular No.9 of 2019 dated 24.05.2019 issued by the 4th Respondent in W.P.No.6701 of 2021. 2. The petitioner is engaged in wholesale and retail trade of M.S.Scraps and other scraps. The petitioner is an assessee under the jurisdiction of the 3rd Respondent herein.
